First visit to Goodman on Hollywood Blvd after living here for 5 years and seeing the company tv commercials. Needed several items shipped, including two guitars. My wife and I were greeted by Ray and could not have had a better experience! Ray and his co-worker we incredibly nice and extremely helpful with packing options. Received a follow up email from Ray with photos of the final packing and confirmation of the shipment. Easy to access store, free parking is available inside the location. I highly recommend based on high quality of customer service, Ray is truly a Subject Matter Expert on shipping and Customer Service and when you need to ship something valuable, you get what you pay for, let the pro’s handle it and take all the worry out of the process.
